No. The Free account registration flow does not ask you for payment-card details. A paid purchase is a separate choice and is confirmed through the checkout before you agree to it.

No. You choose the workflow and configure the options the selected system provides. A Bot operates that configured workflow; it does not take responsibility for your trading decisions. Review the configuration and selected Paper or LIVE mode before activation.

No. A Marketplace strategy can be saved or added as a starting point, and a Bot listing can create a separate draft where that option is available. Review the resulting setup in Bot Builder and activate it yourself only when you intend to. A listing is not a promise of results.

Pulse helps you narrow where to look. Signals organise the context of a particular market setup so you can inspect the idea and what would challenge it. They are related research tools, not an automatic instruction to open a Bot or trade.

No. They are market research intended to help you investigate conditions and context. They are not personalised recommendations or instructions to buy or sell. You make your own decisions and can lose money trading.

Sign in and open the upgrade or membership area from your account. Review the available plan and terms, then continue through checkout if you choose to purchase. The checkout summary is the final source for the amount and billing interval you accept.

Manage a paid membership through the Whop account used for checkout. Check the provider’s confirmation for the effective cancellation date and any remaining access. If the membership status in Edge Theory does not match the provider confirmation, contact support.

You can contact Support to request a review. The outcome depends on the product, the terms accepted at checkout, whether access or a service has started, applicable product rules and your statutory rights. The Terms and the purchase confirmation provide the full details.

The available symbols, venues and timeframes depend on the product and current data availability. Open the Market Scanner or relevant research page to see the markets currently offered there; do not assume every asset is available to every feature.

Edge Theory uses current market data where available, but does not guarantee that every value is real-time or continuously available. Data can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable, and values may differ between venues. Check the source and freshness information shown with the relevant data.

Community is the member discussion area. Tournaments are a separate simulated competition experience. Tournament scores and results are not live trading performance and do not predict future results.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and follow the recovery instructions sent to the email address on your account. Check your junk folder if the message does not arrive. If you no longer have access to that email, contact Support.

Refresh the page once and check your connection. If the problem remains, contact Support with the page or product, approximate time, browser and device, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove passwords, API credentials and other sensitive information first.
