Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Edge Theory platform, including memberships, products, educational content, community features, trading tools, competitions, affiliate programme, and any associated services. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors and members. Product-specific checkout terms, programme agreements and published rules also apply where relevant.

Section 1

About these terms

These Terms govern use of edgetheory.pro, Edge Theory accounts, Free, Pro and Elite memberships, Academy, EdgePrep, EdgeDepth, EdgeCharts, TradeRank, Community, Progress & Rewards, Competitions, the Affiliate Programme, Bootcamp and EdgeCapital where those services are released and enabled. Product-specific rules, checkout terms, competition rules and programme agreements also apply where relevant. If a product-specific rule conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific rule applies to that product.

Section 2

Your account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, create duplicate accounts to obtain an advantage or attempt to bypass membership, identity, competition, Affiliate or EdgeCapital eligibility checks. Some restricted pathways may require identity, age, location or other eligibility verification before access is granted.

Section 3

Free, Pro and Elite memberships

Membership controls access to released platform features and limits. Free provides selected access. Pro and Elite provide the additional access shown on the current Pricing page and at checkout. A membership does not include EdgeCapital purchases or Bootcamp unless the relevant checkout explicitly says so. Feature flags, staged releases and technical availability can affect whether a conditional feature is currently enabled. The current central entitlement configuration, the Pricing page and the checkout description should agree; contact support before purchase if they do not.

Section 4

Prices, checkout and payment provider

Current prices, currency, billing interval, taxes where applicable and the product being purchased are shown before payment. Paid membership and eligible separate purchases are processed through Whop. Edge Theory receives purchase, membership, customer, payment-status, refund and chargeback information needed to provide access and reconcile entitlements. Edge Theory does not accept trading deposits, hold client money or act as a cryptoasset custodian.

Section 5

Renewals and cancellation

Pro and Elite are recurring monthly memberships unless checkout states otherwise. They renew until cancelled. You can stop future renewals through the Whop account used at checkout. The provider confirmation and your account billing view show the effective cancellation and access information. Cancelling a membership does not cancel a separate Bootcamp or EdgeCapital purchase. If you cannot locate a subscription, contact support using the email associated with the purchase.

Section 6

Refunds and statutory rights

Refund eligibility depends on the product, the checkout terms, whether digital access or a service has started, any product-specific rules and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not assume that a membership, challenge, competition entry or digital product is refundable merely because it was not used. Contact support with the purchase email and transaction details so the correct terms and payment record can be reviewed.

Section 7

Education and no advice

Edge Theory provides educational and informational content, market-preparation tools, simulated environments, process records, analytics and member discussion. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, personalised recommendations, trading signals, copy trading or managed trading. You decide whether and how to act outside the platform and remain responsible for your own research, risk controls and professional advice.

Section 8

Simulation and exchange boundary

Real market data may be used, but balances, positions, orders and execution inside the relevant Edge Theory environment are simulated. No customer order is sent to Bybit or another exchange. Simulated balances are not deposits, client money or withdrawable capital. Imported records are separately labelled and do not become independently verified live performance merely because they were imported.

Section 9

Market data and analytical outputs

Bybit and other supported sources may provide public market data used for candles, trades, order-book context, open interest, funding and related displays. Some outputs are calculated, estimated or modelled from available data and are labelled accordingly. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or different from another venue. EdgeDepth provides context, not signals. Do not rely on Edge Theory as the sole source for an exchange-critical or account-critical decision.

Section 10

Academy and educational records

Academy access depends on the membership tier attached to each published course or lesson. Edge Theory may record lesson progress, completion and knowledge-check attempts to provide the learning path. Completing a lesson, course, Bootcamp or knowledge check does not certify professional competence, guarantee an outcome or replace regulated training where that is required.

Section 11

TradeRank, EdgeScore and evidence tools

TradeRank records member-provided and platform-generated process evidence. EdgeScore is informational and based on eligible simulated activity. It does not predict profitability, prove live-market skill or override EdgeCapital rules. Outcome-Blind Review, Process Leakage, Playbook Proof, Confidence Calibration, Risk Lock and Risk Laboratory have the narrower functions and qualifications shown in the product. Scores, labels, rankings and examples may change when eligible records, configuration or methodology changes.

Section 12

Community and direct messages

Members remain responsible for posts, comments, uploads and messages they submit. Public rooms remain server-readable so moderation, reports and safety controls can operate. New one-to-one direct-message text, replies and attachments are encrypted in registered member browsers before reaching Edge Theory; metadata needed to route and protect the service is still processed, earlier history is not retroactively encrypted and device or key loss may affect access. Member content is not official guidance or financial advice.

Section 13

Competitions, rankings and rewards

Competitions and leaderboards use simulated activity and their published eligibility, scoring, tie-break, disqualification and review rules. Membership does not guarantee points, ranking, prizes or entry. Results may remain provisional until integrity and eligibility checks are complete. XP, badges, proof cards and other platform rewards recognise recorded activity; they are not cash, investments or evidence of future trading performance unless a specific published rule expressly gives a separate benefit.

Section 14

EdgeCapital

EdgeCapital is a separate simulated evaluation and trader-development pathway. Membership does not guarantee entry, progression, funding or payout. Every challenge uses its current published target, daily-loss limit, total-drawdown limit, minimum-day requirement, consistency cap and other rules. Identity and eligibility checks may apply. A simulated reward or later opportunity exists only where a specific current rule and approval process says it does.

Section 15

Affiliate Programme

Affiliate attribution and commission apply only to qualifying purchases that are correctly attributed and remain valid under the Affiliate Programme terms. A click, registration or unsuccessful purchase does not by itself create commission. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, spam, false performance claims and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited. Refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks and fraud checks may affect pending commission.

Section 16

Member reviews

Onsite reviews follow the Verified Member Review Policy. Eligibility, consent, moderation and disclosure checks apply. Critical and positive reviews are assessed under the same rules. Affiliate or incentive relationships are labelled. Edge Theory may remove a review for fraud, privacy, illegality or a policy breach but does not reject genuine criticism merely because it is negative.

Section 17

Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe or disrupt the platform; bypass access controls; scrape or copy protected data at scale; exploit data delay; manipulate competitions or rankings; upload malware or unlawful material; harass others; misuse another person's information; reverse engineer restricted systems; automate activity where not expressly permitted; or use Edge Theory to make deceptive, guaranteed-profit or false live-execution claims. Reasonable security testing requires prior written authorisation.

Section 18

Intellectual property and licence

Edge Theory branding, software, interfaces, lessons, graphics, videos, written material, methodologies and other original content belong to Edge Theory Capital Ltd or the relevant licensor. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use released services for their intended purpose. You retain rights in content you create, while granting Edge Theory the permission needed to store, display, transmit, moderate and back up that content as part of the service and your chosen privacy settings.

Section 19

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted while fraud, safety, payment, identity, security or rule concerns are investigated. Edge Theory may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, chargeback abuse, account sharing, manipulation, threats to other members or systems, or repeated failure to follow applicable rules. Where appropriate, support can explain the reason and available review route. Records may be retained where needed for security, legal obligations, dispute handling and audit integrity.

Section 20

Availability and changes

Edge Theory is an evolving online service. Maintenance, third-party outages, exchange-feed problems, browser limitations and security incidents can interrupt features. We may correct, replace, limit or retire a feature and will aim to explain material changes affecting paid access. Screenshots and examples may show a point-in-time interface. Planned, preview or disabled features are not part of a purchase unless checkout explicitly includes them.

Section 21

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that boundary, Edge Theory is not responsible for trading losses, market movements, missed opportunities, decisions made outside the platform, third-party outages or indirect losses arising from use of educational content, simulated activity, member discussion or analytical outputs. Past performance, simulated results, metrics, rankings and examples do not guarantee future results.

Section 22

Governing law, complaints and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Raise an account, payment or service complaint through the Contact page or support@edgetheory.pro and include enough information for the issue to be identified. Edge Theory Capital Ltd is company number 17336236, registered in England and Wales and operating from Warrington, Cheshire, UK.

Read the rule that applies to the product

These general Terms work alongside the current Pricing page, checkout description, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Review Policy and any specific competition, Affiliate, Bootcamp or EdgeCapital rules. Contact support before purchase or participation if two descriptions appear inconsistent.
