Start from an idea
Describe a strategy with Pulse, or choose supported blocks and build the logic yourself. Pulse drafts remain editable so you can review assumptions before testing.
Build · edit · backtest
Build crypto strategies from 156 supported blocks and test them on historical data. Strategy Lab is included on every plan, with no daily backtest limit.
Start with a Pulse draft or build from the blocks yourself. Read and edit each rule, run a historical simulation and decide what to investigate next.
A new Pulse AI design uses 4 credits. Existing strategies remain editable in the Lab.
Live trading involves risk and can lose money. From idea to test
Describe a strategy with Pulse, or choose supported blocks and build the logic yourself. Pulse drafts remain editable so you can review assumptions before testing.
Combine the entry, exit and other rule blocks currently supported by Strategy Lab. The blocks define what the engine can test; unsupported ideas should stay outside the rule set.
Historical backtesting is included on every plan. Review the selected market, data range, fees and slippage assumptions recorded for each test.
Read the result in context
Start by checking that the saved version contains the rules you intended. A strategy is only as clear as its conditions. If a trigger, market or exit does not represent your idea, edit it and test the new version so the result remains tied to the right rules.
Then read the historical range, number of completed trades and costs used by the run. Market history may be incomplete, and costs and execution conditions can change. Missing or unsupported values should remain unavailable; a chart or summary number cannot fill in data that the run did not have.
When you want to challenge a historical result, Evidence Lab can test a saved version with held-out data, randomized timing, stress and robustness checks where the data and plan allow. It records checks that could not be completed. An Evidence grade is a summary of available evidence, not a forecast or permission to trade.
If you choose to practise, you can take the reviewed rules into a simulated Bot workflow. A saved strategy does not activate a Bot. Supported Live use is a separate workflow that depends on the strategy, plan, exchange connection and your explicit activation.
Questions and answers
Yes. Strategy Lab and historical backtesting are included on every membership plan, with no daily backtest limit.
Strategy Lab currently supports 156 building blocks. The available controls and combinations depend on the strategy you create.
Yes. A new Pulse Describe design uses 4 AI credits. You can continue editing existing strategies in Strategy Lab without starting a new AI design.
No. A backtest is a historical simulation under stated assumptions. It does not predict future performance or guarantee a live result.
Automated trading involves risk. Backtests and simulated results don't predict future performance.
