Marketplace is a curated strategy library, not a wall of unrelated Bots. Each published Edge Theory Signal strategy is a defined starting point you can understand before you carry it into your own Bot workflow.

The important distinction
A strategy gives your Bot a source. It isn't the Bot itself.
A Marketplace strategy provides an available Edge Theory Signal strategy source. The Bot is the member-owned automation workspace you build and configure around it.
The member still chooses the mode, completes the setup, reviews the configuration and activates the Bot when it is valid.

Before a Bot operates, the member completes the required configuration using the existing Bot Builder: name, trading mode, exchange context, Bot type, Signal or strategy source, available controls, position limits, review, creation and activation when valid.

Strategy access
Your membership determines which strategies are available.
The catalogue uses the repository-defined access thresholds for the three Edge Theory Signal strategies. Access changes what can be used in the member Marketplace; it does not change the Bot setup or activation safeguards.
Controlled availability
Strategies appear when they are available in Edge Theory.
Marketplace strategy availability is controlled within Edge Theory. The member Marketplace reflects the published state and access of each listing rather than creating a separate public promise of availability.
There is no urgency tactic here. Explore the collection, understand the strategy and choose the next step when it fits your workflow.

Edge Theory Signals turn selected market research into structured setups. Marketplace strategies provide available Signal strategy sources that can be used within the Bot workflow.
That places Marketplace between Signals and Bot configuration, without replacing either product.
The strategy remains traceable as it moves into a member-owned configuration.
From strategy to automation
A strategy becomes useful when it fits the Bot you built around it.
Edge Theory Bots belong to individual members. You choose the available source, choose the operating mode, configure the controls and limits, review the setup and activate it when you are ready.
Marketplace gives you an available strategy starting point for that process. It does not remove the process.

Marketplace strategy selection and Bot operating mode are separate decisions. A configured Bot can operate according to the modes supported by the existing Edge Theory product.
A Marketplace strategy does not automatically connect an exchange, select an exchange, change the mode, activate a Bot or place a trade.

Explore the strategy. Understand what it is. Bring it into your workspace. Then configure the Bot around the workflow you want.

Marketplace gives you something concrete to explore without implying that automation is effortless or maintenance-free.

Bring available Edge Theory strategies into the system you already use.
Explore the published collection, use the relevant strategy through the existing Marketplace flow and configure it as part of the Bot that fits your process.
Then manage that Bot alongside the rest of your Edge Theory automation workspace.

Marketplace contributes by giving eligible members available strategy starting points. Once a Bot is properly configured and activated, automation can take more of the ongoing monitoring.
