Your account and preferences

Account Settings groups profile, security, subscription, delivery, appearance, billing, privacy, connections, region and support pages. Review the current values before changing anything.

Follow the steps for the task you need.

Member pages may ask you to sign in. Page contents and access can vary with your account.

Find an account setting

Use the settings menu or its search field to open the relevant section.

Open Settings from All destinations.
Choose a category from Account Settings, or type a word into Find a setting… .
Select the matching result to open that settings page.
On a phone or narrow screen, use Open settings menu to show the category list, then select the item you need.

Update profile details

Profile settings include your display name, username, country, timezone and bio.

Open Profile in Account Settings.
Edit the field you want to change. Account email is shown as read-only here.
Check the username and timezone values carefully; the page shows the allowed format or example.
Choose Save profile and wait for the saved message. If an error appears, correct the indicated field and try again.

Set Language & Region

The region form lets you set the country and IANA timezone used where supported.

Open Language & Region.
Enter or select your Country and Timezone.
Use the standard timezone format shown in the example, such as Europe/London.
Choose Save region and wait for the result message.

Review delivery preferences

Delivery Centre controls where eligible Pulse alerts and site-wide Community notifications are delivered.

Open Delivery Centre.
Review the selected markets, timeframes and notification preferences currently shown.
Change only the preferences you want to receive, then use the save control shown for that section.
Email marketing updates have a separate preference section. Check its current state before changing it.

Check membership and billing

Compare public plan information first, then use account pages to review current access and billing actions.

Open public Pricing to review the currently displayed membership options.
When signed in, open Subscriptions to see the plan and status attached to your account.
Open Billing to review your account’s displayed billing state.
Use Manage upgrade to view membership options from your account.
For an existing purchase, renewal, invoice or cancellation, use Manage billing in Whop. If access and billing do not agree, contact support with the relevant details.

Get account support

The support area lets you open a ticket and reply to existing tickets.

Open Support from Account Settings.
In Open a support ticket, enter a short subject and describe what happened, where it happened and what you expected.
Include only details needed to investigate; do not send passwords, API secrets or recovery codes.
Choose the create-ticket control shown on the page.
To continue an existing issue, open it under Your tickets, write a reply and choose Send reply.

Security, privacy and appearance

These settings change account protection or presentation; read each confirmation before applying it.

Open Security, Privacy or Appearance from the Account Settings menu.
Review the current setting and the explanation on that page.
For a security change, follow the page’s confirmation steps and never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone.
For privacy or appearance choices, use the displayed controls and save/confirm only after checking the selection.
